摘　　要：爱校教育是思想政治教育的重要内容,增强高职大学生爱校教育实效性,有助于推动高职院校的长远发展。该文通过问卷调查和访谈法,从教育者、受教育者、爱校教育内容和爱校教育方法四个因素出发,对武汉高职院校的爱校教育实效性进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了相应对策。School-loving education is an important part of ideological and political education.Improving the effectiveness of school-loving education for higher vocational college students will help the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of school-loving education in higher vocational colleges in Wuhan from the aspects of educators,educatees,school-loving contents and school-loving education methods,and proposes targeted countermeasures.
