摘 要:文章研究影响听障儿童心理技能提升的因素,提出听障儿童心理理论游戏设计策略和服务系统架构,为移动终端游戏进一步服务听障群体用户提供借鉴。采用实地访谈和观察实验的方法对听障用户进行调查研究,构建人物角色模型,绘制用户旅程图,从而获知听障用户使用的痛点和机会点。研究认为,应以用户为中心,探究适用于听障群体的移动终端游戏设计策略,打造情景沉浸式体验,利用视听触觉的联动与交互反馈,在游戏任务情境化、任务过程化设置、奖励机制、反馈机制、竞争及交流设计等具体功能点的基础上,构建其服务系统架构。Objective Study of factors affecting Hearing-impaired child mental skills upgrading,this paper proposes the design strategy of interactive game and service system structure of psychological theory which improves the training for hearing-impaired children,so as to provide reference for mobile terminal games to further serve hearing-impaired group.Methods Field interviews and observation experiments were conducted to investigate and study deaf users,build character models and draw user journey charts,so as to know the pain points and opportunities used by deaf users.Conclusion the experiment shows that it is necessary to improve the psychological theory level of hearing impaired people by means suitable for them.Therefore focusing on the users,this paper explores what is suitable for the deaf groups of mobile touch interaction in design strategy game,builds scene immersion experience and uses linkage and interaction of the audio-visual tactile feedback.In the foundation of specific function point,which includes game situations,task setting,incentive mechanism,feedback mechanism,competition and the design of the communication,the service system architecture is proposed in this paper.
