摘  要:目的探讨开放性网络课程平台下的内科护理学混合学习模式的建立及教学效果,从而拓展课程学习资源并发展学生学习能力。方法建立内科护理学教学开放性网络课程平台,分别对3个年级共215名全日制护理本科3年级学生,从教学设计、教学组织、教学反馈及教学评价方面建立开放性网络课程平台下内科护理学混合学习模式并实施。在学生学习结束后分别评价3个年级学生线上、线下教学活动参与情况及学生对混合学习模式教学效果。结果学生完成线上、线下各项教学活动的参与度和完成度均为100.0%。超过84.0%的学生在教学活动的多个方面认可该学习模式,尤其是对课程在建立和拓展知识领域(88.0%)和课程评价公平合理(88.5%)方面较为满意。3个年级学生对混合学习模式教学效果评价比较,除"评价方法公平合理"条目之外,其他4方面比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,其中2015级学生对此4方面的认可程度均高于2013级学生(均P<0.0167)。结论开放性网络课程平台为学生提供了多元化的学习模式和学习资源,教师组织开展的内科护理学混合学习模式可促进学生的知识建构和学习能力的培养。Objective To develope and explore the effects of the blended learning model for the course of internal medical nursing on the open online courses platform to develop more learning resources and improve students’learning ability.Methods After the open online course of medical nursing was established,215 full-time nursing undergraduates of three grades were enrolled and the blended learning model on the open online courses platform was developed and carried out according to teaching design,teaching coordination,teaching feedback and assessment.The students’participation in the online and offline teaching activities and the teaching effects of the blended learning model were assessed after they finished the course.Results All the students participated and completed the online and offline learning activities all through the course.Over 84.0%of the students were satisfied with the most aspects of the learning activities,especially with the building and expanding knowledge(88.0%)and the course evaluation(88.5%).Except for the item of"evaluation method is fair and reasonable",significant differences were found among the students of three grades in the other four evaluation aspects on the teaching effects of blended learning model(P<0.05),while the ratings on these four aspects in grade 2015 were significantly higher than those of grade 2013(P<0.0167).Conclusions The open online course of internal medicine nursing facilitates students’multidimensional learning model and learning resources.The teaching strategy of blended learning used in the course is benefit for the construction of students’knowledge and cultivation of their learning ability.
