摘 要:食育,即良好饮食习惯的培养教育。食育是生存之本、教育之本。目前我国食育仍处于起步探索阶段,在政策制定以及食育工作开展等方面取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在一些不足。日本、美国等国家较早开展食育并取得不错的效果,其中部分经验值得我国学习和借鉴。通过比较中外食育开展状况,分析中外食育的经验与不足,能够为推进我国食育实践工作的开展和改革提供一定的参考和启示。Food education is the cultivation and education of good eating habits.Food education is the foundation of human survival and education.At present,food education in China is still in the initial stage of exploration.Some achievements have been made in policy formulation and food education work,but there are still many shortcomings.Japan,the United States and many other countries have carried out food education earlier and achieved remarkable results,some of which are worth learning.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of food education system by comparing the development of food education in China and that in foreign countries,and analyzing their experience and shortcomings so as to provide reference and enlightenment for promoting the development and reform of food education practice in China.
