摘  要:为了培养率集成电路技术人才,文章在集成电路实验教学中,提出基于CMOS工艺设计集成电路的教学内容,理论联系实践,分析集成电路原理、综合CMOS工艺流程、完成集成电路设计任务。在反相器实验教学实践中证明,基于CMOS工艺的集成电路实验教学,使学生加深理解CMOS工艺和集成电路功能实现之间的联系,不仅激发了学生的专业兴趣,提高了教学质量,取得良好的教学效果,而且对于培养学生在集成电路技术方面的创新实践和科研能力具有重要的实践意义。In order to foster the talents of the integrated circuits technology,the integrated circuits experimental teaching based on CMOS technology is raised up in this paper to set up the connection between the theory and the practices,analyze the circuits'principle,and complete the teaching tasks with CMOS process technology.It is demonstrated in the experimental teaching of inverter that the integrated circuits'experimental teaching based on CMOS process technology enhances the understanding of the connection between the CMOS process and integrated circuits'function so as to not only stimulate the students'specialty interests and improve the teaching quality to get the excellent teaching effectiveness,but also achieve the important practical value of cultivating students'creative practical ability and research ability on integrated circuits.
