摘  要:本科毕业论文教学,是法学高等教育的一项实践性教学活动,是高校实现人才培养目标的重要举措,是评价教学质量的重要标准。传统的本科毕业论文教学面临教学时间相对不足、教学内容过于简略、教学模式简单低效、教学效果提升困难等现实困境。将本科毕业论文教学融入项目式课程教学,根据教学内容设计研究项目,将项目研究作为教学手段,在课程实施与项目研究的过程中完成教学目标,有利于保障毕业论文教学时间、细化毕业论文教学内容、改变毕业论文教学模式,提升毕业论文教学效果,是克服传统本科毕业论文教学局限性的有效措施。在实现路径上,本科毕业论文教学与项目式课程教学可从聚集融合力、找准融合点、加大融合度三个方面促进二者的有效融合。Undergraduate graduation thesis teaching is a practical teaching activity in higher education of law,an important measure for universities to realize the goal of talent training,and an important standard for evaluating teaching quality.The traditional teaching of undergraduate graduation thesis is confronted with such practical difficulties as insufficient teaching time,too brief teaching content,simple and inefficient teaching mode,and difficulty in improving teaching effect.Integrating the teaching of undergraduate graduation thesis into the teaching of project-based courses,designing research projects according to the teaching content,taking project research as the teaching means,completing the teaching objectives in the course implementation and project research process is conducive to ensuring the teaching time of graduation thesis,refining the teaching content of graduation thesis,changing the teaching mode of graduation thesis,and improving the teaching effect of graduation thesis.It is an effective measure to overcome the limitations of traditional undergraduate graduation thesis teaching.In the realization path,undergraduate thesis teaching and project-based course teaching can promote the effective integration from the following three aspects:gathering the fusion force,finding the right fusion points and increasing the degree of fusion.
