摘 要:目的培养研究生组织能力、自学能力、责任感等综合素养,解决科学实验中人力不足的困难,在促使研究生全面掌握实验技能的同时满足本科生科学研究的热情、好奇和需求,促进中医药科研平台实验知识的储备与传承,让科研工作能够高效有序地运转。方法对相关研究生入学第一学年第一学期采用LBL学习模式;第一学年第二学期及第二、三学年采用奖励与考核结合PBL学习模式,并组织研究生带领本科生一起进行科研实践。分别对师生采用问卷调查的方法评估2个学习阶段科研实践与学习方式的效果。将本科中医药科研实践的教学效果融入到研究生的PBL实验教学法效果评价中。结果本科生科研实践渗入的研究生PBL实验教学方法,得到了师生普遍满意的教学效果。结论在研究生初入门的LBL教学法基础上,本科生科研实践渗入的研究生中后期阶段的PBL实验教学方法值得推广。Objective To cultivate the comprehensive qualities of graduate students,such as organization ability,self-study ability,sense of responsibility,etc.,to solve the difficulty of manpower shortage in scientific experiments,to promote the graduate students to master the experimental skills in an all-round way,to meet the enthusiasm,curiosity and demand of scientific research of undergraduate students,to promote the storage and inheritance of practical knowledge in the scientific research platform of traditional Chinese medicine,and to make the scientific research work run efficiently and orderly.Methods LBL(lecture-based learning)teaching mode was adopted in the first semester of the first year of graduate.PBL(problem-based learning)teaching mode was adopted in the second semester of the first year and the second and third year of the academic years.Then,at the end of the study,the teachers and students adopted the questionnaire survey to evaluate respectively two different teaching methods.Intergrate undergraduate scientific research and practice of Chinese medicine into the postgraduate student of the PBL teaching effect of experimental teaching evaluation,the arrangement of undergraduates took part in the postgraduate students related experiments,questionnaire survey the effect of undergraduate scientific research practice,and reward the relevant graduate students and instructors were carried out.Results The PBL experimental teaching method of graduate students infiltrated by scientific research of undergraduate students has obtained generally satisfactory teaching effect of teachers and students.Conclusion On the basis of LBL teaching method,the PBL experimental teaching method in the middle and later stages of graduate students is worth popularizing.
