摘　　要：在当前社会,高校大学生作为学生中的优秀代表,是当今社会建设的主力军,同时在学校管理中也扮演着非常重要的角色。在21世纪,面对全球经济形势的复杂与快速发展,我们应当思考什么才是人才培养工作的重点,如何培养高校大学生的领导能力?目前,我国大学生的干部管理素质缺乏,心理抗压能力较弱以及学校领导不够重视,导致学生的领导能力水平低下,没有充分发挥自我完善、自我评估的能力,直接影响了大学生领导水平的提升。College students,as outstanding representatives of students,are the main force in today’s social construction,and they also play a very important role in school management.Facing the complex and rapid development of global economy in 21 st century,it is necessary to think about the priority of talent cultivation and ways to cultivate the leadership of college students.At present,the lack of cadre management quality of college students in our country,the weak psychological resistance to pressure,and the insufficient attention of school cadres have led to the low level of leadership of students,failing to develop their ability in self-improvement and self-assessment,which directly affects the improvement of college students’leadership.
