摘  要:建立了顶空-气质联用法测定水中7种挥发性氯苯类有机物(氯苯、1,3-二氯苯、1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯)的分析方法。通过比对试验,对顶空运行条件进行了优化:取10mL水样放入顶空瓶中,氯化钠加入量为0.4g/mL,在65℃平衡50min后,可达最佳实验结果。顶空进样后选用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,SIM模式检测,内标法定量。结果表明,7种挥发性氯苯类有机物在2.0~40.0μg/L范围内相关系数均大于0.998,线性关系良好,检出限为0.22~0.28μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.4%~8.9%(n=6),加标回收率为85.9%~116.4%。该方法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,能够满足水中7种挥发性氯苯类有机物的同时测定。Through the comparison test,the operation condition of headspace was optimized:10 mL water sample was put into a vial,the dosage of sodium chloride is 0.4 g/mL,the best experimental results can be achieved after the vial was shaked at 65℃for 50 mins.After headspace injection,HP-5 MS capillary column was used for separation,SIM mode for detection and internal standard method for quantitative analysis.The result showed that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 2.0-40.0μg/L,with correlation coefficients above 0.998,the detection limits of the seven volatile chlorobenzenes(chlorobenzene;1,3-dichlorobenzene;1,4-dichlorobenzene;1,2-dichlorobenzene;1,2,4-trichlorobenzene;1,2,3-trichlorobenzene;1,3,5-trichlorobenzene)were 0.22-0.28μg/L,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 3.4%-8.9%(n=6),and the standard recoveries were 85.9%-116.4%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
