摘　　要：“中国元素”是指在传统文化和现代文化中具有中华民族象征的事物统称。它既指代具体事物,又包含抽象概念,集民族性、独特性和抽象性于一身。政治文献是中国政治文化的典型代表,集中体现民族精神、道德观念、价值体系、政治体制、民族文化等。政治文献融政治性、民族性及文化性为一体。政治文献翻译应突显异化翻译在传播中国政治文化的优势,促进国际交流,提升民族形象,加强构建国际话语权。"Chinese element" refers to all the things that have the symbolic meaning of the nation in traditional culture and modern culture. It embodies both concrete things and abstract concepts, which integrates the meanings of nationality, uniqueness and abstraction. Political document is a typical representative of Chinese political culture, which embodies the national spirit, moral concept, social value system, political system, national culture and so on. Political document has the characteristics of politics, nationality and culture. The political documents should highlight the advantages of foreignization translation in spreading Chinese political culture, encourage international exchanges, enhance national image, and strengthen the construction of international discourse power.
