高校思政课教师心理素质问题和对策探析

摘　　要：大学阶段是学生学习文化知识的重要时期,更是三观养成的重要阶段。作为高校思政课教师肩负着重要的责任,不仅要教授书本知识,还要培养学生高尚的品格,故给这一时期的思想政治教育教学带来了前所未有的挑战。因此,从高校思政课教师入手,培养高校思政课教师良好的心理素质,对解决当前思想政治教育存在的问题具有重要作用。College is an important stage for students to learn cultural knowledge,and also an important stage for the cultivation of the Three Outlooks.As a teacher of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,he should shoulder more responsibility,not only teach book knowledge,but also cultivate students’high quality character,so it brings unprecedented challenges to ideological and political education and teaching in this period.Therefore,starting with ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,cultivating the good psychological quality of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities plays an important role in solving the problems existing in ideological and political education.
