摘  要:学前教育是终身学习的开端,教育公平要从学前教育抓起。中部地区经济欠发达的小县城、国家学前教育改革发展实验区(2016-2018年)——芦溪县在优化学前师资配置方面进行了系列探索:拓宽师资供给渠道,破解“师资缺”难题,促进学前儿童机会平等;立足农村实际,破解区域“师资发展不平衡”瓶颈,提供真正适合农村幼儿的学前教育;精准施策,破解“师资质量不优”难题,推进学前教育公平和高质量发展。Pre-school education is the beginning of lifelong learning,from which education equity should start.Luxi County,a small underdeveloped county in central China and a national pre-school education reform and development experimental zone(2016-2018),has carried out a series of explorations in optimizing the allocation of pre-school teachers including broadening the supply channels of teachers to solve the problem of the lack of teachers and to prompt equal opportunities for pre-school children,breaking the constraint of“unbalanced development of teachers”according to the actual situation in rural areas,providing pre-school education really fit the rural children,and addressing the issue of“poor quality of teachers”with accurate countermeasures.Therefore,the fairness in pre-school education and the high-quality development can be promoted.
