高职院校BPO财务流程专员人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：BPO财务流程专员工作岗位需要灵活运用BPO英语、财务英语和商务英语知识来进行业务活动。高职商务英语专业也应该适应市场需求,教学目标制定为以商务英语应用能力为主线,系统地培养掌握BPO(业务流程)知识的复合型人才。因此,需要重构模块化课程体系,并以此为基础建立“商务英语知识夯实为主线、商务情境模拟仿真为手段、专业能力培养为中心”的人才培养模式,改进教学方法和手段,加强实践能力培养,改革考核方式,加快双师型队伍建设,为BPO英语人才的培养服务。The position of BPO financial process specialists needs flexible use of BPO English,finance English and business English knowledge to carry out business activities.Business English specialty in higher vocational colleges is supposed to adapt to the market needs,and set the teaching goal focusing on business English ability in order to systematically cultivate inter-disciplinary talent mastering BPO knowledge.It is necessary to reconstruct the modular curriculum system,and on this basis,establish the talent training mode with"business English knowledge foundation as the main line,business situation simulation as the means,and professional ability training as the center".Vocational colleges need to improve teaching methods and teaching tools,strengthen the cultivation of practical ability,reform examination and evaluation ways,and accelerate the construction of double-qualification teachers to serve BPO English talent cultivation.
