摘  要:创建与职业标准相衔接的应用型人才培养模式,是将国家颁布的职业标准纳入到高校人才培养的目标、课程体系、实习实训等人才培养的主要环节,直接针对行业岗位或岗位群,有效的增强毕业生对工作岗位的适应性和胜任力,培养行业企业所需要的应用型人才。The establishment of application-oriented talents training mode which is connected with professional standards is the main link of bringing the national vocational standards into the goal, curriculum system, practice training and other personnel training of colleges and universities. It directly aims at the industry posts or post groups, effectively enhances the adaptability and competency of graduates to the work posts, and cultivates the applied talents needed by the industry and enterprises.
