摘　　要：针对当前职业技能鉴定中存在的问题,在分析了“1+X”证书制度的发展概况和研究成果的基础上,文章提出基于学分银行机制的职业教育技能鉴定的实施方案,重点从公开统一的证书发放规则、形成完整的技能考核体系、设立权威的学分银行机构、实施严格的学分存取规则、制定科学的贷分审批制度,建立匹配的课程教学体系等六个方面进行了系统阐述。最后,以工程机械维修为例,探讨了基于学分银行机制的职业教育技能鉴定实施方法和步骤。In view of the current problems in the appraisal of vocational education skills,and based on the analysis of the development and research results of the"1+X"certificate system,the authors propose an implementation plan for the appraisal of vocational education skills based on the credit bank mechanism.Six aspects have been carried out for a systematic elaboration.Specifically,the open and unified certificate issuance rules,the formation of a complete skills assessment system,the establishment of an authoritative credit bank institution,the implementation of strict credit access rules,the development of a scientific credit approval system,and the establishment of a matching teaching curriculum system.Finally,taking the maintenance of construction machinery as an example,methods and steps for implementing vocational education skill appraisal based on the credit bank mechanism are discussed.
