慕课在内科学实验课程中的应用实践

摘　　要：目的为了研究医学实验课程中慕课的作用与效果,针对内科实验课程进行了慕课授课与普通授课的对比试验。方法选取2个医学本科班级共80名学生,实验班及对照班各40名学生,实验班采用慕课与普通教学相结合的方式,普通组学生不采用慕课教学,对比两组班级学生的测试题成绩及实验记录的成绩,最后对两部分成绩分别进行统计学分析。结果实验班测试题成绩较对照班高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验记录本的成绩两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慕课的辅助学习方式能够在实验课程中帮助学生更好的掌握相关知识点,特别是那些实验操作较复杂、不便于理解的实验。Objective In order to study the function and effect of MOOCs in medical experimental course,a comparative experiment between MOOCs and general class in medical experimental course was conducted.Methods 80 students in two medical undergraduate classes were selected,40 students in the experimental class and 40 students in the control class.The experimental class adopted the method of combining MOOCs with ordinary teaching.The students in the control class did not adopt MOOCs teaching.The results of the test questions and the test records of the two groups were compared.Finally,the two parts of the results were unified separately.Result The scores of test questions in experimental class were higher than those in control class.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)for the examination scores,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)for scores of experimental notebooks.Conclusion The assisted learning method of MOOCs can help students grasp the relevant knowledge points better in the experimental course,especially those experiments which are complicated and incomprehensible.
