摘 要:常泰长江大桥天星洲和录安洲2座专用航道桥均为刚性梁钢桁拱桥,跨度布置均为(168+388+168)m。桥梁采用双层桥面,上层布置6车道高速公路,下层下游侧布置4车道普通公路、上游侧布置双线城际铁路。主梁采用2片主桁双层板桁组合结构,N形桁,焊接整体节点构造。由于恒载在横断面上分布不对称,为减少结构的非对称变形,主梁采用非对称截面。上、下层桥面均采用纵横梁体系的正交异性板整体钢桥面。主拱采用与主梁反向的N形桁,拱肋为抛物线形,跨中下弦矢高55 m、拱高11 m。拱肋下弦与主梁上弦间采用柔性平行钢丝吊索连接。主墩基础采用钻孔桩基础,墩身采用八边形实心墩结构。专用航道桥采用从边跨向中跨悬臂拼装、拱梁并进架设、跨中合龙的总体施工方案。The Tianxing Islet and Lu′an Islet special ship channel bridges of Changtai Changjiang River Bridge,which are steel truss arch bridges with rigid main girder and have three spans of 168,388 and 168 m,accommodate two levels of decks,with the upper one carrying 6 lanes of highway and the lower one taking four common carriageways on the downstream side and two intercity rail tracks on the upstream side.The main girder consists of two N-shaped trusses that are welded structures with integral joints.As the dead loads are not symmetrically distributed,the main girder adopts asymmetrical cross section to reduce uneven deformation of the structure.Both the upper and lower decks are formed of orthotropic steel plates with supporting longitudinal and cross beams.The parabolic arch ribs measure 11 m in height,which comprise the N-shaped trusses that are the inverse type of the main girder N truss,in the midspan,the vertical height from the base of the lower chords to the deck surface is 55 m.The lower chords of the arch ribs and the upper chords of the main girder are linked by flexible hangers formed of parallel steel wires.The main piers that are octagonal solid structures are supported by bored pile foundations.The special ship channel bridges are assembled in cantilevers from side spans towards the central span,the cantilever assembly and the installation of the main girder are carried out simultaneously,and the arch and the main girder are all closed in midspan.
