摘  要:德国、美国、英国和澳大利亚在专业标准和资格认证上建立的职业教育教师标准基本范式,具有依法制定标准、理实融合互促、素能结构合理和不断与时优化等特征,受到了广泛赞誉和普遍认可,借鉴其经验,我国应采取建构“双师”标准、制定认定制度、强化“双师”激励、健全法律保障等措施,加快“双师”建设的成效。The basic paradigm of vocational education teacher standards in Germany,the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia,which was formulated in accordance with professional standards and qualification certification,is characterized by standards subject to law,promoting the integration of theory and practice,reasonable structure of quality and ability and continuous optimization with the times.And it has been widely praised and widely recognized.Drawing on its experience,China should take measures to speed up the effect of“double-qualified teachers”cultivation,such as establishing the standard of“double-qualified teachers”,formulating the identification system,strengthening the incentive of“double-qualification teachers”and perfecting the legal guarantee.
