摘  要:实施“9+3”免费教育计划,组织民族地区学生到内地接受职业教育是四川省委、省政府一项惠及少数民族地区的民生工程,是维护少数民族地区可持续发展、长治久安的重要战略举措。因此,提高民族地区“9+3”学生人才培养质量效果,促进民族地区“9+3”学生健康发展和成才,既是内地职业院校承担“9+3"学生教育的一项政治任务,也是重要社会职责。文章以四川职业技术学院为例,以旅游管理专业为承载点,分析民族地区“9+3”学生在学习中呈现的特征及原因,提出“四位一体”和“六方共育”的人才融合培养模式,更好促进高职段民族地区“9+3”学生健康成长,全面发展,成为适应民族地区经济社会发展所需的合格人才。The implementation of the"9+3"free education plan and organizing ethnic minority students to receive vocational education in the interior is a livelihood project of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government that benefits minority residential areas,and is an important strategic measure to maintain the sustainable development and long-term stability of minority areas.Therefore,to improve the quality and effectiveness of"9+3"student training in ethnic areas,and to promote the healthy development and success of"9+3"students in ethnic areas is not only a political task for mainland vocational colleges,but also important social responsibility.The article takes Sichuan Vocational and Technical College as an example,takes tourism management as the carrying point,analyzes the characteristics and reasons of"9+3"students in ethnic areas,and proposes the integration training model to better promote their healthy growth and all-round development,and help them become qualified talents that meet the needs of the economic and social development of ethnic areas.
