摘  要:推动医学院校课程思政建设是培养仁心仁术医学人才的有效途径之一。全面推进课程思政建设,教师是关键。本文总结宁夏医科大学教师课程思政能力提升的实践经验,分析存在问题,并提出在“新医科”背景下,医学院校全面推进医学教育课程思政,从强化育人意识、找准育人角度、提升育人能力等方面提升教师课程思政建设的意识和能力。The curriculum ideological and political construction in medical colleges is one of the effective ways to train medical talents with both benevolent mind and heart.The teachers are the key factor to promote the ideological and political construction of curriculum in an all-round way.This study summarizes the practical experience from teachers􀆳curriculum ideological and political ability in Ningxia Medical University,and analyzes the possible problems.Above all,under the background of“New Medical Science”,medical universities and colleges should comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of medical education curriculum.Meanwhile,to enhance the teachers􀆳awareness and ability of ideological and political construction of curriculum,we should strengthen the educational awareness,find the proper educational viewpoints,enhance teachers’educational ability.
