摘　　要：思想政治教育能力是辅导员的核心能力,在“三全育人”理念下辅导员作为高职院校全员育人队伍中的骨干力量,由于受职业化程度不高等因素影响了思想政治工作效果,高职院校需要改进和完善辅导员选拔聘用机制建设、加强辅导员队伍建设、加强辅导员思想政治工作能力建设、转变和创新辅导员思想政治教育工作方式、方法、加强辅导员思想政治工作能力的自我提升等措施提高辅导员队伍的思想政治工作能力,实现“立德树人”培养目标。Abilities of ideological and political education is the core competence of the counselor,the concept of three full counselors as the backbone of overall education in higher vocational colleges.Due to the professionalization of factors affecting the effects of ideological and political work,higher vocational colleges need to improve and perfect the counselors'recruit mechanism,to strengthen the counselors'team construction.The construction of counselors'counselor ability of ideological and political work is necessary.The change and innovation of the ideological and political education work is needed.Measures of strengthening the instructors of the ideological and political work ability of self improvement should be taken.It's necessary to improve the ability of the ideological and political work of the counselors'team to realize our training objectives.
