高职大学生爱校教育现状的调查与分析——以武汉高职院校为例

摘　　要：文章以武汉三所高职院校为调研对象,充分运用多种调研方法(问卷调查法、访谈法等)分析当前武汉地区高职院校大学生爱校教育现状,通过定量、定性分析得到以下结果:爱校认知:不深入、爱校教育活动效果不明显;爱校情感:较浓厚,缺乏自豪感;爱校意识:较薄弱,缺乏全面性和持久性;爱校行为:较表面,缺乏感恩教育。针对以上结果提出相应对策,有助于高职大学生形成正确的爱校观,推动高职院校健康长远发展。This article takes three vocational colleges in Wuhan as research objects,and makes full use of various research methods(questionnaire survey,interview method,etc.)to analyze the current status of college students'loving school education in Wuhan vocational colleges.The following results:School-loving cognition:no in-depth,school-loving educational activities are not effective;School-loving emotion:strong,lack of pride;School-loving awareness:weak,lack of comprehensiveness and persistence;School-loving behavior:on the surface,lack of gratitude education.According to the above results,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to help vocational students form a correct view of loving school and promote the healthy and long-term development of vocational colleges.
