摘　　要：国家开放大学广州分部积极响应教育部“停课不停学”防控新冠疫情期间的教学举措,在疫情期间积极为“羊城村官上大学”项目的村官学习者提供在线学习服务。本文以村官学习者在疫情期间开展《城市管理学》课程实践为例,阐述了本课程在教学设计、教学实施和教学反思等方面进行的实践探索。While the COVID-19 epidemic was plaguing during the spring semester of 2020,the Chinese Ministry of Education launched an initiative entitled“ensuring learning undisrupted while classes are disrupted”,and Guangzhou Open University rightly responded to this call by taking the full advantage of online teaching.This paper samples students of the program Guangzhou Village Officials Going to University,and analyzes the teaching of the course City Management on Tencent Conference and QQ Group.The paper summarizes some findings in terms of its teaching design,implementation and reflection.
