On the Construction of Cultural Paradigm of Educational Evaluation in China:Theoretical Proposition,Practical Procedure and Index System

摘  要:基于教育评价理论变革需要与我国文化自信培育需求,在与西方教育评价文化思潮比较的视角下,尝试构建我国评价文化范式。从文化环境、价值导向、建构基础3个方面提出构建我国教育评价文化范式的理论主张。构建教育评价文化范式的实施程序有评价准备、利益相关者参与、确定评价目的与问题、评价工具开发、数据收集与分析、评价结果的宣传与使用6个步骤。在此基础上,构建得到我国教育评价文化范式5维、9级、3水平指标体系。Based on the need of educational evaluation theory reform and the need of cultural self-confidence cultivation in China, this paper tries to construct the evaluation culture paradigm of our country from the perspective of comparing with the western educational evaluation culture trend of thought. From three aspects of cultural environment, value orientation and foundation construction, this paper puts forward the theoretical proposition of constructing the cultural paradigm of educational evaluation in China. The implementation procedure of constructing educational evaluation culture paradigm includes six steps: evaluation preparation,stakeholder participation, determination of evaluation purpose and problem, development of evaluation tool,data collection and analysis, promotion and use of evaluation results. On the basis of this, an index system with 5 dimensions, 9 aspects and 3 levels of educational evaluation culture paradigm is constructed.
