摘 要:目的:探讨放射科教学中PBL联合CBL教学法的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年1月2017级医学影像学专业实习生35名作为对照组,进行常规教学。选取2019年3-7月2018级医学影像学专业实习生38名作为试验组,采取PBL联合CBL教学法。比较两组学生对专业教学方法满意度和技能评分。结果:试验组满意度、学生理论和实践技能掌握评分情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射科实习医生实施PBL联合CBL教学法效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in radiology teaching.Methods:35 interns majoring in medical imaging of grade 2017 from July 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group for routine teaching.A total of 38 interns majoring in medical imaging of grade 2018 from March 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the experimental group to adopt PBL combined with CBL teaching method.We compared the satisfaction of professional teaching methods and skill scores between the two groups of students.Results:The satisfaction of the experimental group and the mastery of students'theoretical and practical skills were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of PBL combined with CBL is effective for interns in radiology department.
