现代学徒制在建筑装饰工程技术专业中的实践与探索——以咸宁职业技术学院“家装e站班”为例

摘　　要：目前,实行现代学徒制是我国高职院校促进校企深度融合的一项重大举措。职业院校和企业在工作实践中积累了丰富经验,开创了多种现代学徒制培养模式,现代学徒制更便于合理安排学生实习实训时间,实现学生所学与企业需求的无缝对接。本文以咸宁职业技术学院“家装e站班”为例,探讨了现代学徒制的人才培养模式、课程体系、教学组织等,同时提出了实践性思考。The implementation of modern apprenticeship is a major measure to promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.During their cooperation,rich experience has been accumulated and a variety of modern apprenticeship training modes have been established.In modern apprenticeship system of"introducing enterprises into schools",students′practice time can be arranged more rationally,and students′skills can better meet the requirements of enterprises.Taking Xianning Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the practice of modern apprenticeship system of"introducing enterprise into school"from talents training,curriculum system construction and teaching organization.
