摘  要:注重体育教学等全日制体育硕士的培养目标与特色,在教学中突出其实践能力的培养是提升体育硕士培养质量的关键一环。在现实状况中,体育教学等体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养质量不容乐观,深陷理论基础弱,解决实际问题能力欠缺的窘境。调查发现,体育硕士培养过程中存在学制时间短、导师质量参差不齐、学位论文质量低等问题。在此情况下,高校研究生招生、培养制度改革以及院系对体育硕士教学质量的严格把关成为解决问题的两个抓手。研究生院(部)应严把招生关、禁止跨类别调剂、调整并延长体育硕士培养年限。体育学院(系)层面应在加强导师队伍建设、提升学位论文质量上下功夫。The key to the improvement of P.E.master’s cultivation quality is to emphasize cultivation objects and distinctiveness of full-time P.E.masters’cultivation in physical exercise teaching and to underline cultivation of practical ability during teaching.In practice,cultivation quality of professional P.E.graduates,such as,physical exercise teaching graduates,is not optimistic.Problems are:too much emphasis on theory,weak foundation,and lack of capacity to solve practical problems.The investigation found that problems in the cultivation process are short academic system,tutors’varied qualities,and low-quality degree dissertation.In this context,improving admission and cultivation systems and examination on teaching quality are to solve the problems.Therefore,graduate schools should control admission strictly,ban trans-category adjustment,modulate and prolong cultivation time.Meanwhile,schools(faculty)of physical education should strengthen construction of tutor team to improve degree dissertation quality.
