摘  要:医用生物化学是高等医学院校的主干基础课程之一,其实验教学在生物化学的教学中起着重要作用。为提高学生的创新意识和实践能力,培养高素质的创新型人才,天津医科大学生物化学与分子生物学系就医用生物化学实验课程进行了改革实践与探索。阐述了前期医用生物化学实验教学存在的问题,提出了课程在优化实验内容、多种教学模式相融合、更新仪器设备、鼓励学生参与实验准备、完善成绩评价体系等方面的改革。实践表明,改革后的实验教学可有效提升学生的学习积极性和创新能力,实验教学质量显著提高。Medical biochemistry is one of the main basic courses in medical universities,and its experimental teaching plays an important role in the teaching of biochemistry.In order to improve students’innovative consciousness,practical ability,and cultivate high-quality innovative talents,a reform practice and exploration on the experimental course of medical biochemistry was carried out in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department of Tianjin Medical University.This paper expounds the problems of early experimental technology course of medical biochemistry,and introduces the optimizations of experiment content,the integration of teaching modes,the improvement of experiment equipment,the encouragement of students’participation in experiment preparations,and the optimization the course grading scheme.Practice shows that the reform of experimental teaching has effectively trained students’learning enthusiasm and innovation ability,and the quality of experimental teaching has been significantly improved.
