职前教师教育课程的反思与超越--基于师范专业认证的角度

摘  要:教师教育课程是未来教师知识结构和能力发展的载体,基于师范专业认证的视角,课程仍存在一些与认证要求不适应的地方,如:课程设置不均衡,课程定位不准,实施过程未真正做到学生中心,课程评价环节薄弱;对此,应准确定位课程目标,增强适切性;优化课程内容和结构,增强科学性;变革课程实施,增强可行性;强化评价体系,健全评价机制等,以期为培养优秀师范生提供一些思路。Teacher education curriculum is the carrier of the future teachers'knowledge structure and ability development.From the perspective of teacher education certification,there are still some incompatibility with certification requirements,such as unbalanced curriculum setting,inaccurate curriculum positioning,the implementation process is not truly student-centered,and the course evaluation link is weak.Based on this,the course objectives should be precisely positioned to enhance the relevance;Optimize the course content and structure,enhance the scientific nature;Reform the implementation of curriculum and enhance the feasibility;To strengthen the evaluation system,improve the evaluation mechanism and so on,in order to provide some ideas for training high-quality students who are willing to teach.
