摘 要:目的探讨思维导图联合CBL教学法在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016级临床护理专业4个自然班为研究对象,实验组采用CBL联合思维导图的教学方法,对照组采用传统方式进行教学,并采用问卷调查学生对CBL联合思维导图的评价。结果试验组理论测试及案例分析的成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组对CBL结合思维导图的满意率为100%,94.05%的学生认为有助于提CBL高学习效果,95.24%的学生认为有助于培养临床思维,90.48%的学生认为有助于综合能力的提高。结论应用CBL结合思维导图教学法有助于提高学习效果,培养临床思维,锻炼综合能力,是一种有效的评价工具。Objective Explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of Medical Nursing.Methods:Four natural classes of clinical nursing major of grade 2016 were selected as the research objects Among them,class 1 and Class 4 were the experimental groups.The teaching method of CBL combined with mind mapping was adopted,while class 2 and class 3 were the control group.Results Group theory test and case analysis of the scores were higher than control group(P<0.05),the experimental group of CBL combination of mind mapping satisfaction rate of 100%,94.05%of the students think that help CBL point effect,95.24%of the students think that helps to cultivate the clinical thinking,85.71%of the students think that can be incorporated into the developmental student assessment system,90.48%of students think that help improve the quality of comprehensive abilities.Conclusions CBL combined with mind mapping teaching method is helpful to improve learning effect,cultivate clinical thinking and exercise comprehensive ability.It is an effective evaluation tool.
