摘  要:目的探讨Mini-CEX联合开放式教学在临床医学研究生综合实践能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017级80名临床医学研究生作为研究组,给予开放式教学;选取采用传统教学模式进行授课的2016级80名临床医学研究生80名作为对照组。用Mini-CEX对两组学生进行考核、反馈。比较两组学生培训结束后Mini-CEX各项评分及对各自培训模式及培训效果的满意度。结果两组学生体格检查和人文关怀评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的问诊技巧、沟通能力、健康宣教和临床分析能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生对培训模式及培训效果的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX联合开放式教学应用于临床医学研究生综合实践能力培养中有助于提高学生的自主学习、独立思考、辨证思维以及医患沟通等综合能力,且通过考核、反馈,能了解学生知识掌握的薄弱环节,有助于及时调整下一阶段教学的重点及教学方法。Objective To explore the application effect of Mini-CEX combined with open teaching in the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability of clinical medical postgraduates.Methods Eighty clinical medical postgraduates of grade 2017 in our hospital were selected as study group and given open teaching;80 clinical medical postgraduates of grade 2016 who were taught by traditional teaching mode were selected as control group.Mini-CEX was used to assess and feedback the students of both groups.The Mini-CEX scores after the training of students in the two groups and their satisfaction with the training mode and training effect were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of physical examination and humanistic care between the two groups(P>0.05);the scores of inquiry skills,communication skills,health education and clinical analysis ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction to the training mode and training effect of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with open teaching applied in the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability of clinical medical postgraduates is helpful to improving students'comprehensive abilities of autonomous learning,independent thinking,dialectical thinking and doctor-patient communication,and understanding the weakness of students'knowledge mastery through the assessment and feedback,and is helpful to adjusting timely the teaching focus and teaching methods in the next stage.
