基于在线课程“食品微生物学实验”的教学模式创新探索

摘　　要：针对传统实验课程教学难点,以福建农林大学食品微生物学实验教学团队建设的在线课程“食品微生物学实验”课程为基础,对学校的食品相关专业学生进行线上线下混合式教学。通过课前预习、课中考查、课后讨论、课程考核及课程效果与反思等几个方面进行实验课教学的创新探索。该教学模式推动并形成了实验课程新的教学模式,提高了教学质量,为相关实验课程教学改革提供参考。In view of the traditional experiment teaching difficulty,this study was based on the online course Food Microbiology Experiment,which was built by the experimental teaching team of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,to conduct Small Private Online Course(SPOC)teaching for students majoring in food in our university.Through pre-class preparation,in-class investigation,after-class discussion,curriculum assessment and curriculum effect and reflection,this study carried out innovative exploration of experimental teaching.The teaching mode of this course promotesed and formsed a new teaching mode of experimental course,improved the teaching quality,and provideed reference for the teaching reform of other experimental courses.
