摘 要:作为地方应用型本科院校的师范类英语专业,如何培养学生未来从师任教的学科教学能力是该专业未来生存和发展的关键。同时,师范类英语专业学生的培养质量直接决定着中小学英语教师队伍的质量。而作为语言类教师的英语教师,口语交际能力是其一种极为重要的专业素养。新课标要求中小学英语教师要有驾驭英语的能力,灵活运用英语组织课堂教学、营造自然的交际环境和交际氛围的能力。由于日常生活中交际行为是十分广泛的,因此,需要根据当前中小学英语教师口语使用现状以及中小学英语教师口语的特点对测试限定一个范围,以此确定测试的内容和指标体系。As a normal English major in a local application-oriented university,how to cultivate students’teaching ability is the key to the future survival and development of this major.Meanwhile,the quality of training normal English majors directly determines the quality of English teachers in primary and secondary schools.As a language teacher,oral communication ability is a very important professional quality of English teachers.The new curriculum standard requires English teachers to have the ability to control English,to flexibly use English,to organize classroom teaching and to create a natural communicative environment and atmosphere.As communicative behaviors are very extensive in daily life,it is necessary to define a range of the test according to the current situation of oral English used by primary and secondary school English teachers and the characteristics of their oral English,so as to determine the content and index system of the test.
