汽车检测与维修技术专业的人才培养模式改革研究--以高职院校“1+X”制度为视角

摘　　要：现有“1+X”证书制度相关研究存在制度理念把握不到位、将1+X证书制度与原有的双证书制度简单混同、不能满足高素质技术技能型人才的培养需要等突出问题。文章以推进高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养模式改革为目标,从“1+X”顶层设计的制度理念和人才培养模式两方面,对“1+X”证书制度推进人才培养模式改革的思路和方向进行了深入探讨。The existing“1+X”certificate system related research has the outstanding problems such as the system idea is not in place,the 1+X certificate system is simply mixed with the original double certificate system,and can not meet the training needs of high quality technical and skilled personnel.With the goal of promoting the reform of the talent training mode of automobile inspection and maintenance technology in higher vocational colleges,from the two aspects of“1+X”top-level design system concept and talent training mode.the train of thought and direction of“1+X”certificate system to promote the reform of talent training mode are discussed.
