摘　　要：该文着眼于将高职心理健康教育与思想政治教育相结合,教学内容改革聚焦学生成长需求、教学模式改革聚焦行动体验,提出了将心理健康教育理念与实践模式应用于高职思政课教学改革的思路,增强了高职思政课的实效性。Focusing on the combination of mental health education and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,the reform of teaching content focuses on students'growth needs and the reform of teaching mode focuses on action experience.This paper proposes the idea of applying the concept and practice mode of mental health education to the reform of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.
