摘　　要：课程思政就是把"立德树人"贯穿课程教学全过程,挖掘梳理课程的德育元素,充分发挥课程的育人功能。近几年,我校医学遗传学课程教学团队深入提炼课程中蕴含的思政元素、文化基因和价值范式,在知识传授和能力培养的同时,抓好医德医风教育和医者仁心教育,帮助医学生提升综合素养,实现思想政治、医德医风、专业知识和临床实践技能的有机融合。Ideological and political courses strengthen morality education throughout the whole process of curriculum teaching.They explore and sort out the moral elements of curriculum to make full use of education function of curriculum.For recent years,the Medical Genetics teaching teams in Ningbo University deeply refined the ideological and political elements,cultural genes and value paradigm contained with this course,and devoted themselves to transferring knowledge to students and cultivating their own ability of independent study.Meanwhile,we also pay close attention to the education of medical ethics and benevolence for doctors,which help further improve the comprehensive literacy of medical students.Finally,through these strategies,we can better realize the organic integration of ideological and political education,medical ethics education,professional knowledge and clinical practice skills education.
