摘 要:目的探讨CBL联合TBL教学法在医学心理学教学中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样选取高等医学院校2016级临床医学本科180名学生分别作为对照组(n=100)和实验组(n=80)。在医学心理学课程中,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用CBL联合TBL教学法。授课结束后采用期末考试和问卷调查对两组学生进行考核,以评价教学效果。结果实验组学生选择题、案例分析题和总成绩分别为(44.21±4.49)分、(34.14±4.21)分、(78.39±7.08)分,均高于对照组的(42.17±5.65)分、(32.13±4.21)分、(74.38±8.43)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.008、P=0.002、P=0.001)。实验组90%以上的学生对该教学法感到满意,认为其适用于医学心理学教学。结论TBL联合CBL在医学心理学教学中效果良好,提高了教学质量。Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of CBL combined with TBL in medical psychology teaching.Methods Cluster sampling was used to select 180 undergraduates of clinical medicine in grade 2016 in higher medical colleges as control group(n=100)and experimental group(n=80).In the course of medical psychology,the control group adopted traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted CBL combined with TBL teaching method.After the end of the course,the two groups of students were assessed by the final examination and questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of multiple choice questions,case analysis questions and overall scores of students in the experimental group were(44.21±4.49),(34.14±4.21)and(78.39±7.08)respectively,which were all higher than those in the control group(42.17±5.65),(32.13±4.21)and(74.38±8.43),with statistically significant differences(P=0.008,P=0.002,P=0.001).More than 90%of the students in the experimental group were satisfied with the teaching method and thought it was suitable for medical psychology teaching.Conclusion TBL combined with CBL is effective in medical psychology teaching and improves the teaching quality.
