摘 要:目的探讨适应社会发展需求的医学专业学位与学术学位研究生培养模式,推动卫生医疗行业的健康发展,提高国民的健康水平与生活质量。方法通过分析我国医学研究生培养模式的现状,针对存在问题,课题组随机挑选了2016级20名研究生(5名学术学位研究生,15名专业学位研究生)采用临床与科研协同发展方式进行培养。结果该模式培养下的研究生临床基础知识较为扎实、科研能力更强,有助于塑造出基础与临床相结合的复合型人才。同时,能够充分调动研究生导师的积极性,实现教学资源共享,培养出一批优秀的研究生导师。结论医学专业学位与学术学位研究生协同培养模式对提高研究生的创新能力和科研能力,丰富研究生导师带教经验具有实践意义。Objective To explore the postgraduate training mode of medical degree and academic degree to meet the needs of social development,to promote the healthy development of health and medical industry,and to improve the health level and quality of life of the people.Methods By analyzing the current situation of the training mode of medical graduate students in China,aiming at the existing problems,the research group randomly selected 20 graduate students(5 graduate students with academic degree,15 graduate students with professional degree)of 2016 to be trained in the way of collaborative development of clinical and scientific research.Results This mode can cultivate graduate students with more solid clinical basic knowledge and stronger scientific research ability,which is helpful to shape a compound talents with the combination of basic and clinical.At the same time,it can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of graduate tutors,realize the sharing of teaching resources,and cultivate a group of excellent graduate tutors.Conclusion The collaborative training mode of medical degree and academic degree graduate students is of practical significance to improve the innovation ability and scientific research ability of graduate students,and enrich the experience of tutors.
