摘　　要：放射肿瘤学临床专业型硕士研究生培养已纳入该专业住院医师规范化培训并轨培养模式。放射肿瘤学缺乏本科教学阶段课程教学,具有病种多,发展快,基础理论明显不同于其他临床学科的特点。如何在并轨培养中达到临床专业知识和科研能力培训并重,避免与本专业单纯住院医师规培同质化,需认识到当前完全套用本专业住院医师规培模式的不足,进行学科培训类目、内容、时间的调研和优化,强化科研创新能力培养,确定合适的科研能力培训方式,安排固定培训时间,从而制定出与单纯放射肿瘤学住院医师规培不同的差异化培养模式,培养出既具有良好临床专业基础,又兼具较好科研创新能力和实验基础技能的高素质临床专业后备人才。The training of clinical professional master of radiation oncology has been included in the standardized training mode of resident doctors.Radiation oncology has the characteristics of many diseases,rapid development and obvious difference from other clinical disciplines.How to pay equal attention to the training of clinical professional knowledge and scientific research ability in the combined training,and avoid the homogenization with the training of residents in this specialty,we need to realize the shortcomings of the current fully applying the training mode of residents in this specialty,carry out the research and optimization of subject training category,content and time,strengthen the training of scientific research innovation ability,and determine the appropriate training mode of scientific research ability.In order to train high-quality clinical professional reserve talents with good clinical professional foundation,as well as good scientific research and innovation ability and experimental basic skills,a differentiated training mode different from pure radiation oncology resident training need to be established.
