高职院校服务“走出去”电力企业员工培训路径探析

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”能源合作项目的深入开展,高职院校服务“走出去”电力企业员工培训,成为满足企业海内外技术技能人才需求的必然要求,也成为提升高职院校国际化水平的重要途径。本文通过背景介绍,简要分析了高职院校服务“走出去”电力企业员工培训途径,为高职院校服务“走出去”电力企业提供参考与借鉴。Training“overseas service-oriented”employees in power enterprises not only meets the demand of enterprises for technical and skilled talents at home and abroad but also is an important way of enhancing the level of internationalization of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes relevant ways of training,which can provide reference for similar cases.
