1+X证书融入职业院校人才培养的探讨

摘　　要：1+X证书制度是新时期职业教育的重要内容和重要创新,同时对职业院校的发展带来了新的挑战。1+X证书融入职业院校人才培养改革是复合型人才培养的新举措。基于此,从源头上制定X证书引入原则和措施,进而将X证书标准融入教学标准和教学资源;教学过程与生产过程对接,强化和拓展学习者的技能和能力。积极创设条件,保障1+X证书制度在职业院校顺利实施。“1+X certificate”system is important content and innovation during the new era vocational education.In the meanwhile,it brings great challenges into vocational colleges.The mode merging with“1+X certificate”system is a new method,which can train compound talents.Based on this opinion,it makes the principle and method for recommending X certificate from the source,and then both teaching standards and education resources merge with X certificate standards;furthermore,teaching process docking produce process,it strengthen and expand learners’skills and abilities.At last,it gives several guarantee conditions for carry out“1+X”system in vocational colleges.
