摘　　要：考官队伍整体素质是确保中小学教师资格考试面试质量的关键。集中统一和分散分级培训已不能适应面试考官质量管理需要。四川省教育考试院探索“互联网+面试考官培训管理”的实践路径,全面提升了培训质效,可为其他省市同类型考试提供有益的参考。The overall quality of the interviewers is the key to ensure the quality of the interview.Neither centralized training nor classified training can meet the needs of the quality management of the interviewers.By exploring the possibility of“Internet+interviewer training management”,SEEA enhances the quality and effectiveness of training,and provides useful references for similar tests in other provinces and municipalities.
