摘　　要：文章分析了专业课教师课程思政教学能力提升研究现状与意义,并结合装备制造产业发展及机械类专业特点,提出成立专业课研讨小组,学习装备制造业新技术、新工艺,创新课程标准,开展课程思政说课活动,创新教师评价体系等途径提升课程思政教学能力,提高课程思政育人效果。This paper analyze the current situation and significance of the research on the improvement of the ideological and political teaching ability of professional course teachers,and combines the characteristics of mechanical majors,it is proposed to establish a professional seminar group,Learn new technologies and processes in equipment manufacturing,Innovative curriculum standards,Carry out curriculum ideological and political activities,Innovative teacher evaluation system,etc.Improve curriculum ideological and political teaching ability through the above ways,Improve the effect of curriculum ideological and political education.
