摘　　要：在立德树人背景下,培养德技并修的高职学生是新形势下人才培养的方向。与此同时,高职院校培养学生“工匠精神”的研究日益成为教育者关注的重点。本文通过学术界对高职院校培养学生工匠精神相关研究进行梳理,从刊载数量分析、学术界研究焦点、未来研究方向三个角度对已有研究成果进行系统梳理,总结研究共识,分析存在不足,为更深层次培养高职学生工匠精神,寻找更有效方法和措施。Under the background of cultivating moral and technical talents, training students of higher vocational education is the direction and demand of talent training under the new situation. In this context, the higher vocational colleges to cultivate students "craftsman spirit" has increasingly become the focus of educators. In this paper, the relevant research on the cultivation of students’ craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges has been sorted out by the academic circle, and the existing research results have been systematically sorted out from the angles of the quantitative analysis published, the focus of academic research and the future research direction, to sum up the research consensus and analyze the existing problems, so as to provide reference for cultivating the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students in a deeper level and searching for more effective methods and measures.
