摘 要:由于受大数据时代的冲击、后备人才储备的不足、领导力针对性培训的缺失和管理者自我认知偏差的影响,我国企业管理者的领导力水平参差不齐。为此,基于管理方格理论将企业管理者领导力划分为五种类型。在总体上,通过管理者更新思想和不断学习、完善人才晋升储备机制、建立领导力的培训体系以及全面端正管理者的认知态度来提升不同水平的领导力。根据管理方格理论划分的不同领导力的特点,使不同领导方式的管理者相互学习、取长补短,从而有针对性地提出企业管理者领导力细化提升途径。Due to the impact of the big data era,the lack of reserve talents,the lack of targeted leadership training and the influence of managers'self-awareness bias,the leadership level of Chinese enterprise managers is uneven.Therefore,based on the management grid theory,the leadership of enterprise managers can be divided into five types.On the whole,the leadership of different levels can be improved through the renewal of managers'thoughts and continuous learning,the improvement of talent promotion reserve mechanism,the establishment of leadership training system and the overall correction of managers'own cognition.According to the characteristics of different leadership divided by the management grid theory,the leadership of different levels can be improved managers of different leadership styles learn from each other,learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses,so as to propose specific ways to improve the leadership of enterprise managers.
