摘 要:中英两国职业教育及现代学徒制的差别,主要在于社会对职业教育及其学生的认知、职业教育的体制以及教学与评价方法这三个方面。通过对比分析发现,我国的职业教育在思想认识、学生自主选择、社会认可等方面还存在着许多不足。鉴于现阶段我国的国情与职业教育环境,建议采取加强政策引导、加快考核方式改革、强化协同创新等措施,进一步提高我国职业教育水平,促使我国现代学徒制项目更好地开展。The differences of vocational education and modern apprenticeship between China and the UK mainly lie in the social cognition of vocational education and its students,the system of vocational education and the methods of teaching and evaluation.Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are still many deficiencies in our vocational education,such as ideological understanding,students’independent choice,social recognition and so on.In view of China’s national conditions and vocational education environment,it is suggested to strengthen policy guidance,speed up the reform of assessment methods,and strengthen collaborative innovation,so as to further improve the level of vocational education in China and promote the better development of modern apprenticeship projects.
