乡村振兴战略下涉农高职人才培养模式研究--以广东科贸职业学院为例

摘　　要：针对涉农高职院校中存在的与行业产业融合有待加强、与普通高校衔接有待畅通、社会服务有待提升等问题,广东科贸职业学院通过“育训结合”人才培养模式改革,构建起了从中职到高职再到应用型本科相衔接、职业教育与职业培训相结合的广东农村职业教育体系,为现代农业产业体系建设提供了科技支撑,为社会主义新农村建设培养了“下得去、留得住、用得上”的高素质技术技能人才,有力地支持了当地乡村振兴战略的实施。There are still some problems agriculture related vocational colleges,such as the integration of industry and industry to be strengthened;the connection with ordinary colleges and universities to be unblocked;and the social service to be improved.Therefore,Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade adopts the talent cultivation reform of“combination of education and training”,and establishes Guangdong rural vocational education system with the connection from secondary vocational to higher vocational education then to applied undergraduate,and the combination of vocational education and vocational training.The system provides scientific and technological support for the construction of modern agricultural industry system,cultivates high quality technical and skilled talents who are willing to“go down,stay and use”for the construction of new socialist countryside,and firmly supports the local implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
