摘　　要：“双一流”背景下,图书馆学科评价服务地位越来越重要,对其制约性因素的探讨有利于学科评价服务的进一步发展。文章以天津师范大学相关学科为主要案例,通过理论阐述和文献计量实证分析相结合的方式对学科评价服务中存在的概念混淆、学科交叉与学院设置矛盾、数据库分类体系的差异和处理方式、数据指标简单误用等突出问题进行了详细剖析和解释。分析发现,对学科、学科分类体系以及数据分析维度的认知很大程度上影响着学科评价的质量,实践中应通过明晰概念、学科映射、数据全面画像,以及对异常值的警觉与挖掘等手段来减少这些制约因素带来的负面影响,忌“唯数据”和结论的绝对化。Under the background of the Double First-Class,library discipline evaluation service is becoming more important.The research of the restrictive factors is conducive to the further development of this service.Taking the disciplines of Tianjin Normal University as the main case,the paper analyzes the restrictive factors in the discipline evaluation service through the combination of theoretical and empirical research.Cognition of disciplines,database classification systems and data analysis greatly affects the quality of discipline evaluation service.In practice,the negative impact can be reduced through clear concepts,discipline mapping,comprehensive profiles,and the analysis of outliers.At the same time,“data only”and the absolute conclusion should be avoided.
