摘　　要：为了探讨构树发酵时的最佳装样量,试验将第三茬采收的全株构树粉碎过筛,按容器的20%、30%、40%和50%进行混合装样,共分为4个处理组,即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组,每个处理组3次重复,发酵3 d后进行营养成分测定。结果表明:在各处理组的感官评定中,以Ⅲ组效果最佳,Ⅰ组效果最差。各处理组间的干物质(DM)含量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组的粗蛋白(CP)含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量Ⅲ组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);木质素Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),与Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。各处理组间的pH没有明显差异(P>0.05);酸溶蛋白含量Ⅲ组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明不同的装样量对全株构树发酵饲料营养成分的改善效果不一致,但以40%的装样量(Ⅲ组)效果最佳。In order to explore the best volume of sample loading during the fermentation of Broussonetia papyrifera,the experiment was carried out according to 20%,30%,40%and 50%of the container,divided into four groups:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ.Each group was repeated three times,and the nutrient content was determined after three days of fermentation.The results showed that in the sensory evaluation of each treatment group,treatment groupⅢwas the best and treatment groupⅠwas the lowest.There was no significant difference in dry matter(DM)content among the treatment groups(P>0.05).The crude protein(CP)content of treatment groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05);The content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05);The content of acid detergent fiber(ADF)in groupⅢwas significantly lower than the other treatment groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the other treatment groups was not significant(P>0.05);The lignin content of treatment groupⅢwas significantly lower than treatment groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05),and it was not significantly different from treatment groupⅣ(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value among the treatment groups(P>0.05).The content of acid-soluble protein in treatment groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among other treatment groups(P>0.05).The results show that different loading amounts have inconsistent effects on the nutrient content of fermented feed for the whole Broussonetia papyrifera,but 40%volume of sample loading(groupⅢ)is the best.
