摘  要:当今,在推进产业转型升级的战略影响下,国家从人才建设资源角度出发,通过促进教育链与产业链有机衔接,掀起人才培养的教育革命。产业侧职场情境与教学侧教学情境的差异,给人才培养的方式和方法带来了深远影响,造成新晋员工在场景功能认知、思维核心导向、能力发挥和价值作用意志等职业方面的现实困境。因此,从课程观、课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价等方面,将通用职业素养教育理念嵌入到职业教育课程培养体系中,打通高校通用职业素养课程体系的构建路径。Today,under the strategic influence of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and from the perspective of talent construction resources,China has initiated an educational revolution of talent training via accelerating the organic connections between the education chain and the industrial chain.The difference between the work situation on the industrial-side and the teaching situation on the school-side has brought a profound impact on the talent training methods,leaving new employees with the realistic dilemmas of lacking functional cognition at work situation,core orientation of thinking,ability utilization and awareness of creating values.Therefore,the current study suggested that the construction paths of college general vocational literacy curriculum system should integrate concepts of universal vocational literacy education into the vocational education curriculum training system from the aspects of curriculum value,curriculum objective,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum activity and curriculum evaluation.
